These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bdbake ("bdbake", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdbake website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the bdbake registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bdbake platform or any of its Services.

bdbake reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdbake will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the platform or via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Services after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with bdbake's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Access to and use of bdbake is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdbake operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the payment source used at registration.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bdbake is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of bdbake, nor are you a close family member of any such person, for purposes of participation in any gambling activity on the platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bdbake platform or had an account closed for cause.

bdbake reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the account of any Member who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements at any time, with or without prior notice. Where funds are held in an ineligible account, bdbake will return those funds to their source to the extent reasonably practicable after deducting any applicable charges.

To access the full range of bdbake Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all winnings and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

bdbake operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account matching your registered name)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify bdbake immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bdbake will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your failure to notify us of a security breach in a timely manner.

bdbake reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks at any time, including checks against third-party databases, to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of any Member. Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of such checks. During any suspension, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

bdbake supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time depending on technical or operational factors outside bdbake's control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdbake account automatically and are typically available within seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits made via bank card may take up to 15 minutes to appear. bdbake does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawals may take up to three working days depending on your issuing bank. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your bdbake account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after your account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• bdbake reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• In the event of a disputed transaction or suspected fraudulent activity, bdbake may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. You will be notified of any such hold by email.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full (excluding bonus funds) may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is processed.

All funds held in your bdbake account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbake does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The platform does not offer credit facilities of any kind; all wagers must be placed using available account balance only.

bdbake offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time of its availability.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdbake promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games and sports betting may carry reduced contribution rates.
• One bonus at a time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• One per household: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.

bdbake takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to placing low-risk opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated wagering strategies, or providing false registration information to claim multiple bonuses — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings voided. bdbake reserves the right to permanently close such accounts without prior notice.

bdbake is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all members. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one bdbake account under any name, email address, device, or IP address.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including sharing information about live game state or coordinating wagers.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on any sporting event that you have any knowledge of, or direct or indirect involvement in, any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds via stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting payment method ownership.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of the bdbake platform, software, or game mechanics.
• Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to bdbake staff, support agents, or other members through any channel.

Where bdbake has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above prohibited conduct has taken place, it reserves the right to take any of the following actions, individually or in combination: suspend or terminate the relevant account; void all or part of any wagers placed; withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance; report the relevant conduct to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

Decisions made by bdbake in relation to prohibited conduct are final. While bdbake will endeavour to investigate any dispute raised by a Member in good faith, the platform's determination on matters of fair use and integrity shall be conclusive.

All content on the bdbake platform — including but not limited to the bdbake name, logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdbake or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdbake platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any bdbake content for any purpose without prior written consent from bdbake.
• Use the bdbake name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by bdbake without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any bdbake content, software, or game assets.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools in connection with the bdbake platform or its content.

Game content, including all slot games, live casino streams, and crash game mechanics, are the proprietary intellectual property of their respective providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are licensed to bdbake for display on the platform. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective owners.

Any unauthorised use of bdbake intellectual property or that of its content providers may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbake, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bdbake Services.

In particular, bdbake does not warrant or represent that:

• The bdbake platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
• The bdbake platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, although bdbake takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform security.
• The outcome of any game or sporting event will meet your expectations. All games and betting markets are subject to chance; results are not guaranteed.
• All information on the platform (including odds, statistics, and promotional descriptions) is error-free at all times. bdbake will correct material errors as soon as reasonably practicable after they are identified.

Where bdbake is found to be liable to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, bdbake's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdbake account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bdbake's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
